Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. To cancel, go to your profile's order history and use the "Cancel Order" option on the order card. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you plan to request a refund, please note that refunds are only available for orders cancelled within 2 days of placement; cancellations performed after this 2‑day window are not eligible for refunds even if the order has not shipped. A cancellation may take a short time to reflect across systems; you will see the order status change to Cancelled in your order timeline once confirmed. For prepaid orders, any further refund processing (if eligible) should be submitted via the refund request option shown on the order card after cancellation. ShopSpire reserves the right to verify customer identity and order details to prevent abuse of the cancellation process.
