Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you love what you order from ShopSpire. If you decide to cancel your order, refunds are available only when the order is cancelled within 2 days of order placement and before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. To request a refund, first cancel the order from your profile’s order history while it is still in a non-shipped state. After cancellation, submit a refund request from the same order card. Only one refund request may be submitted per order. Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review and process it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2–3 working days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. If any promotional discounts or delivery fees applied to your order, your refund may reflect the net amount actually paid. Orders with failed or reversed payments are not eligible for a refund through this flow. ShopSpire reserves the right to verify customer identity and order details and to decline refund requests that fall outside these policy terms (for example, requests beyond the 2-day cancellation window, requests for shipped or delivered orders, or duplicate requests).
