We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Our shipping network covers:

  • State capitals and major district headquarters
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities with reliable courier services
  • Remote areas (delivery time may be extended)

Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Custom or personalized items may take 3-5 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed

Shipping Timeframes

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

  • Free shipping for bulk orders (5+ items)

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Metro Cities: ₹50 (₹25 for orders below ₹500)
  • Tier 2 Cities: ₹75 (₹50 for orders below ₹500)
  • Tier 3 Cities: ₹100 (₹75 for orders below ₹500)
  • Remote Areas: ₹150 (₹100 for orders below ₹500)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS updates on your registered mobile number
  • Real-time tracking through our website
  • Delivery notifications and updates

Delivery & Receipt

Delivery Process

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery during business hours
  • You'll receive a call/SMS before delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Valid ID proof may be required for delivery

Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails, the package will be held at the nearest courier office
  • You'll receive a notification to collect the package
  • Package will be held for 7 days before return
  • Additional delivery attempts can be scheduled
